Welcome

Picture
My approach to therapy has as its foundation a deep respect for the individuality of each client I work with. With warmth, creativity, insight, and compassion, I can journey with you through difficult life questions, offering guidance and support. Within a safe context, we will explore the situations and experiences that cause you anxiety, anger, confusion or pain, and draw on the voice of your own inner wisdom to meet those challenges. Together we will work to "un-stick" patterns that are no longer working for you.

As a trained drama therapist, I have witnessed the power of creative expression to open up and accelerate the therapeutic process. With added proficiency in traditional psychotherapy, I am able to provide services to individuals, couples, children and families. In addition to specializing in working with women in recovery, couples, and "highly sensitive persons", I have a particular interest in helping clients to navigate difficult life transitions and       find an authentic and empowered mode of self-expression. I am also able to provide services in Spanish.

                term coined by Elaine Aron
