This three hour workshop will introduce participants to improvisation techniques through the lens of personal growth. Using theater games, sharing, discussion, and experiential exercises, we will foster a supportive and creative environment to explore together. Shy people and non-actors welcome! This is about process not performance.  This afternoon will be fun and inspiring.

About the Facilitators:

Bridget Bertrand, MA, LMFT # 83020 is a psychotherapist and has a passion for groups. She has seen the unique healing process that comes from being in a group.  As a theatre major in college and an off Broadway NYC actor, she will bring the joy of improvisation without the stress of performance
 

Sarah Harkness, MA, LMFT #88566 is a drama therapist and psychotherapist in San Mateo, CA. She is excited and renewed by facilitating healing through the power of the creative arts, and has facilitated drama therapy groups for groups from all walks of life.
